Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
OVERVIEW
The Bridges Center is looking for LICENSED Therapists with a passion to change the lives of teens and families. Our Clinical Therapists provide community-based therapy and support services to children and their families in the clients own community. Therapists provide individual therapy, family therapy, case management, group therapy, and skills training. Must have experience working with diverse popluations; specifically ethnic and racially diverse. Spanish/Bilingual is a HUGE plus! Services are provided 7 days per week, as defined on the client's treatment plan, typically during non-traditional hours. Clinicians work and average of 35-40 hours per week helping clients to cross bridges and change their lives.
DUTIES
Therapy Services
•Provides individual therapy to clients one time per week or as otherwise directed.
•Provides Family Therapy to clients and/or their family a minimum of 1 time per week, or as directed.
•Provides Group Therapy to clients as needed and directed
Treatment Planning
•Completes initial treatment plans, with the client and family, upon client program enrollments
•Completes treatment plan reviews at intervals defined by program policies and procedures
•Works closely with other clinicians on treatment team to ensure that treatment plans are completed collaboratively
Clinical Documentation
•Documents contacts in BIRP format
•Completes all billable session notes within 48 hours of the service date
•Completes treatment plans as defined in program policies and procedures
Service Review & Authorizations
•Conducts ongoing review to identify need and request authorization for psychiatric services, psychological testing, nursing services, group services, and community support
•Complete requests for continuation (reauthorization) for services at intervals as determined within the program policies and procedures
Discharge Planning
•Creates plan for client discharge at the beginning of each program enrollment. Document Discharge Plan within client record.
•Create final discharge plan when client is completely discharged from TBC services
Clinical Staffing
•Conducts Clinical Staffing, with treatment team, on each client enrolled in Cores Services at least every 45 days during active program enrollment
•Documents clinical staffing recommendations within client record within 24 hours of clinical staffing meeting.
Programmatic Guidelines
•Ensures that all clients in the Brief registration program obtain a verified diagnosis within 25 days of the Payor authorization start date
•Ensures that all clients enrolled in ongoing Core Services or Ancillary services have a documented verified diagnosis within the client record on or before the authorization start date
•Ensures that an Order for Services, for all billable services, is documented within the Treatment Plan-Service area of the client record on or before the first date of billable contact
Competency Training
•Completes all required competency training, on or before the required deadlines, as defined in the Training policies and procedures.
•Ensures that are training records are submitted for inclusion in human resources file.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Independently Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD - $45 per hour Independent Contractor/ $32 per hour W-2 Employee
•Associate Licensed as an LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT - $32 per hour Independent Contractor/ $23 per hour W-2 Employee
•2-4 years of experience working with children or adults with and SED (Severe Emotional Disturbance)
•Must have experience working with diverse popluations; specifically ethnic and racially diverse.

•Must be Internet and MS Office Suite software SAVVY
•Pass DBHDD required criminal background check and drug screen.

Independent Contractor -- None
Employee -- Health & Dental insurance. After 90 days, Employees are provided with agency cell phone, laptop, and internet wireless card. Psychologist
The Bridges Center is currently in need of a Licensed Psychologist to be a part of our Assessment Team. Our Assessment Team is a staff of 5-6 clinicians who work closely with clients and their families to conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments. Our Psychologists oversee and review assessments and the assessment process. We are looking for a candidate who is a Team Player, able to train budding clinicians, and has extensive experience assessing children and adolescents. This is a Contract position, 10-15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. Must be a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Georgia.

Community Nurse- RN
The Bridges Center's Mission is to provide a Bridge of Care for improving the quality of lives for all our clients through innovative service provision, positive clinical service outcomes, ongoing communication, genuine appreciation, and relationship building. We are currently recruting for the following positons:
The Bridges Center is currently in need of a Registered Nurse to provide nursing assessments, education, training, and ongoing nursing care to children/ adolescents with mental health SED diagnosis. Nursing services are provided to clients in their homes. Also works onsite in-office 8 hours per week. Must have at least one year experience providing mental health nursing care. Candidate must be highly organized, self-starter, detail oriented and efficient in meeting documentation requirements and working as a "Team." Must be able to provide services to clients and families during NON-traditional work days an hours.
Fulltime position with full benefits and a flexible schedule. RN $27-$32 per hour.
