CASE MANAGEMENT
Clients who are in the last stages of mental/behavioral improvements, or those who need to maintain a level of improvement are in need of a Case Manager. Case Managers assist with transition to lower levels of care, resource linkages, education, skills training, and more. The average length of Case Management Services is 6 months. INTENSIVE FAMILY INTERVENTION
Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) is a team-oriented community and home based program provided to clients ages 4 to 18. The service is lead by a State Licensed Therapist Team Leader who works with 2-3 other clinicians. Clients receive, individual and family therapy, case management, community resource referral and linkage, and more. It is provided to clients who are in need of a more intensive level of care based on Biospychosocial Assessment results. The average length of IFI services is 3 months. BEHAVIORAL AIDE SERVICES
Our Behavior Aides are available to provide additional support to clients ages 3 to 18 in need of a higher level of support. Behavior Aides provide daily assistance with behavior modification. This may include implementation of how to provide structure, behavior rewards, practicing consistency with routines, and more. Clients will also work with Behavior Aides to practice family preservation skills to improve overall family cohesiveness. The average length of Behavior Aide services is 3 months.
